Fitness and movement have always been part of Crystal’s life. From growing up with a fitness-instructor mom to competing as a three-sport athlete and N.C.A.A. softball player, she’s always believed in the power of showing up and pushing yourself.

Today, as a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and NAMS-Certified Nutrition Consultant, Crystal brings that same drive to helping others build strength — physically and mentally. With a master’s degree in counseling and a passion for mindset and motivation, she empowers clients to find confidence through movement and consistency.
